Marine Natura 2000 sites and Fisheries Workshop

2 & 3 December 2015, Matosinhos, Porto, Portugal

This participative workshop will be held at the APDL – Administração dos Portos do Douro, Leixões e Viana do Castelo auditorium. The workshop will focus on the definition of conservation objectives for marine Natura 2000 sites and the incorporation of fisheries on management plans. Participants will include national and international experts, who will present several relevant case studies. In order discuss important issues and solutions, as well as summarize future strategies, debate sessions, open to all participants, will be organized. This way, we invite all key stakeholders and general public to participate on this event. Final programme will be soon released.
